How your purchase is protected — and what you need to watch for

There are two parts here: what we do, and what you need to know. The second matters more, because fraud usually happens outside the site.

What runs on our side

These are not marketing claims; each one is a step that actually runs in the system. You will not find exaggeration or an unverifiable promise below.

  • No listing goes live on its own

Becoming a seller requires an application, and that application is reviewed. Listings are checked separately; anything unsuitable is rejected with a stated reason. Everything you see on the storefront has passed human review at least once.

  • Your money does not go straight to the seller

Payment comes from your wallet balance and every movement is written to a ledger, entry by entry. Your balance is not a stored number but the result computed from that ledger — so nothing can happen without leaving a trace.

  • Codes are invisible until delivery

Codes uploaded by sellers are stored encrypted. Until your payment completes, nobody can see them — including you, and including the seller who uploaded them.

  • Disputes are put on file

If an order goes wrong, the conversation, the delivery record and the evidence are gathered into one file. Decisions are made from that file, not from chat history.

Dolina will NEVER do these

If any of the following is happening to you, the person on the other side is not Dolina — whoever they claim to be, whatever logo they use.

  • We never give an IBAN in chat, email or social media

The only valid IBAN is the one shown on the top-up page. Do not send money to an IBAN from anywhere else; a bank transfer cannot be reversed once sent.

  • We never ask for your password

Not support, not an administrator, not any employee. We cannot see your password either — it is stored encrypted.

  • We never say "let's do it cheaper off-site"

None of our protections work for a payment made outside the site: there is no order record, no file can be opened, no refund process can run. Report any seller who suggests this.

  • We never ask you to put a code in the transfer reference

Transfers are matched from the receipt you upload. Anyone telling you to "write this number in the reference" may be redirecting you to a different account.

  • We never rush you

"Last 5 minutes", "send now or it is cancelled" is not how we work. Pressure is the most common tactic used to stop you from thinking.

When something feels off, ask us before you send money. Asking costs nothing; recovering a sent transfer is usually impossible.

How to protect your account

  • Choose a long password

Length protects you more than special characters. Three or four words you can remember beat eight characters of noise.

  • Do not reuse a password

A password leaked on another site will be tried here too. A password manager removes this risk entirely.

  • Sign out on shared devices

If you signed in at an internet café or on someone else's computer, sign out when you are done. A session left open means access to your account without knowing the password.

What to do if something goes wrong

  1. Open your order first. If the code does not work, has been used, or is for the wrong region, you can open a support request from the order's own page.
  2. Attach what you have: a screenshot, the error the game gave, the time you tried. Evidence goes into the file and the decision is made from it.
  3. If it is not about an order (you cannot reach your account, you received a suspicious message), write to us through the contact form.

The support request on the order page is the fastest route — the seller is there too, and it is clear which item we are discussing.
