Parties
Seller: DOLINA DIGITAL D.O.O. Beograd. Every product on this site is sold directly by Dolina; the trade name, address and company number are published below under "Seller details".
Buyer: the user placing the order, whose details are registered in the system.
This contract is concluded at a distance under the Serbian Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Commerce Act.
Subject matter
The subject matter is the digital product whose characteristics and price are stated on the order page: in-game currency, in-game item, e-pin/code, game key, game account or account boosting service.
Nothing is shipped physically; delivery is electronic.
Formation
The contract is formed when the buyer completes the payment step and the payment is confirmed. Before payment, the order summary shows the product name, variant, quantity, unit price and total.
Price and payment
Prices are in Turkish lira and collected in Turkish lira. Amounts in other currencies are informational.
Payment is made from the wallet balance or (where configured) by card. The wallet is topped up by bank transfer; the request is approved after the receipt is checked.
Delivery
Delivery is electronic and immediate: on payment confirmation the code becomes visible on the buyer's order page. Where automatic delivery is not possible, the seller must deliver within 24 hours.
Delivery content is stored encrypted. It cannot be displayed before
payment succeeds, and the moment of display is recorded.
Right of withdrawal and its exception
A consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons.
For digital content supplied immediately, that right cannot be exercised where the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. This is the digital-content exception under the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.
In practice:
- Before the code is displayed the order may be cancelled and the
amount returned to the wallet.
- After the code is displayed the right of withdrawal ends.
Even after display, if the product is defective (the code does not work, has already been used, or is region-locked), the consumer's rights in respect of non-conformity are unaffected.
Defects and disputes
A defect is reported through the support channel on the order page. The report is passed to the seller; if there is no reply within 48 hours the case passes to an administrator.
The administrator examines payment records, delivery time and the display record. Where the buyer is in the right, the amount is returned to the wallet.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies. The consumer may rely on rights under the law of their country of residence.
Disputes should first be reported to info@dolinadigital.com; if no resolution is reached, the consumer may apply to the competent consumer bodies and courts.
