Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of dolinadigital.com, operated by DOLINA DIGITAL D.O.O. Beograd (Mirijevski venac 47, sprat 4, stan 42 11160 Beograd (Zvezdara) Srbija, Serbia; company no 22323059, tax no 115872599 — hereafter Dolina).
Dolina is a digital goods shop: the products on this site are sold directly by Dolina. The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and Dolina, and all of the seller's obligations rest with Dolina.
The platform is operated by a company established in Serbia. These terms and contracts concluded through the platform are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
Accounts and membership approval
Accurate and current information is required to open an account. After registration, membership awaits administrator approval; purchases are not possible until approved. This is a security step against fake accounts and fraud.
An account may be used only by its owner, who is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity on the account.
An administrator may suspend or close an account where there is:
- use of false, stolen or third-party information
- abuse of payment chargebacks
- harassment, threats or attempted fraud against another user
- technical abuse of the platform
A suspended account is signed out on all devices.
Prohibited listings
The following may not be sold on the platform:
- stolen or compromised codes and accounts
- digital products transferred without the owner's consent
- services that plainly breach a game publisher's terms
- unlawful content, personal data, identity documents
Listings breaching these rules are removed without prior notice and the seller's account may be suspended.
Price, currency and collection
Prices are set in Turkish lira and payment is collected in Turkish lira. Amounts shown in euro or Serbian dinar are approximate, calculated at the current rate; the Turkish lira amount is binding.
Payment methods:
- Wallet balance — topped up by bank transfer with a receipt,
credited after administrator approval.
- Card payment — available once a payment provider is configured.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Where the seller's code pool is stocked, delivery is automatic on payment confirmation; otherwise the order moves to manual delivery.
Delivery content is stored encrypted and is shown only to the buyer and the seller. No delivery content is displayed to anyone before payment succeeds.
Liability
As the seller, Dolina is directly liable for defects in the product. A dispute file is kept for defect reports; payment and delivery records are examined and refunds are processed where the buyer is in the right.
Dolina does not warrant uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced wherever possible.
Changes
These terms may change. A change takes effect on publication; the update date at the foot of the page governs. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms in force at the time of the order.
