Scope
This agreement governs the relationship between the platform operated by DOLINA DIGITAL D.O.O. Beograd and sellers who open a store on it.
Becoming a seller
A seller application is subject to administrator approval. Once approved, a store page is created and listings can be entered. The administrator may open a store directly for sellers the platform has agreed terms with.
A seller trading as a registered business must provide its trade name, address, company number and tax number. These are published on the store page. A private individual's address and tax number are not published.
Listing rules
- the product sold must be clearly described
- any regional or platform restriction must be stated clearly
- where a promotional price is shown, the previous price must be a price
at which the product was actually sold
- stolen or third-party products may not be sold
Listings are subject to administrator approval. Changing commercial fields (title, description, category) returns a listing for re-approval.
Delivery obligation
The seller must keep the code pool stocked for automatic delivery. Where the pool is empty the order moves to manual delivery and the seller must deliver within 24 hours.
Where an order is not delivered in time, the administrator may refund the buyer.
Commission and payouts
The platform charges a commission on every sale. The rate is set per store and is visible in the seller panel.
Amounts from delivered orders whose refund window has passed are recorded in the payout ledger. The seller requests payment; payment is made by bank transfer and recorded with a reference number.
Liability for defects
The seller must respond to a defect report within 48 hours. Failing a reply, the case passes to an administrator. Where the buyer is in the right, the refund is set off against the seller's payout.
Suspension and termination
The administrator may suspend a store for breach of these rules. Listings of a suspended store are withdrawn; unpaid balances are released once open disputes are resolved.
A seller may request closure of the store once no orders remain open.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies.
